Sharky's offers over twenty fine breads, many made from local Myanmar grains by Sharky's artisan bakers, alongside a selection of fine baking materials like stone-milled flour made from 100% Myanmar Heritage wheat from Shan State. Sharky's boulangerie draws from a wide palette of international baking traditions, encompassing Italian-style sourdough, German rye, croissants, heritage corn tortillas and the unique banana flour gluten-free bread.

 

Sharky's meat products, from the dry-aged beef to the culatello and unique rabbit ham, are hand-made by Sharky's artisan butchers. Like everything at Sharky's, everything is made in Myanmar from local ingredients - including Sharky's signature Ngapali fleur de sel.

 
Fromagerie & Yogurt

Sharky mastered the art of cheese production during his years in Switzerland. Today Sharky's is proud to offer 18 delectable cheeses, including the unique Gold Black Truffle Cheese which is infused with black truffle and dusted with fine gold leaf. Incredibly, each and every dairy product available at Sharky's is produced in Myanmar with fresh local ingredients.

Sharky's is home to Kyaw Htut Win, Myanmar's only certified gelato master, who trained at the Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna, Italy. Sharky's gelato, made with 100% Myanmar milk, is a consistent favourite among visitors and locals alike.
